Karl Oles

Karl Oles is a partner of Stoel Rives LLP, in the Construction and Design group. For more than 30 years, he has helped owners, architects, engineers, and contractors solve complex legal problems through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and, when necessary, trial.  He has represented parties in mediation, arbitration, and before dispute review boards and he has taught seminars on ADR.  Karl has served as an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association’s construction panel since 2007.
