Judge Paris K. Kallas was appointed to the King County Superior Court in 2001 by Governor Gary Locke and served until 2010.

Since joining WAMS in 1991, Margo Keller has mediated and arbitrated hundreds of cases: from catastrophic personal injury claims to complex commercial/contract disputes, employment-based grievances and real estate matters.

Mr. Keller’s mediation and arbitration practice draws on his 40 years of experience as lawyer, during which he has represented thousands of clients in probate, trust, guardianship and closely-held business matters, and in litigation and mediation related to these areas of law. He has also been a CPA in the State of Washington (now retired) for over 43 years, and has been named by various publications as one of the “Best Lawyers” in Seattle and in the State of Washington every year from 2001 to 2017. Karl Oles is a partner of Stoel Rives LLP, in the Construction and Design group. For more than 30 years, he has helped owners, architects, engineers, and contractors solve complex legal problems through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and, when necessary, trial. Warren Rheaume represents clients in complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property and technology disputes. In more than 30 years of practice, he has litigated and tried a wide variety of matters, including patent, copyright, trademark, noncompetition, and trade secret cases.

Mr. Smith is a trial lawyer. He also spends a substantial portion of his practice as a neutral, mediating and arbitrating cases.

Christopher Soelling is a full-time mediator and arbitrator. He practiced 20 years as a construction, commercial, and real estate trial lawyer with Short, Cressman, & Burgess, PLLC where he represented suppliers, subcontractors, general contractors, developers, private owners, and public entities in contract drafting, claim preparation, claim negotiation, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal.

For over thirty years, Steve Toole limited his practice to the personal injury/Tort field. During that time he also served as president of both the WSBA and WSAJ (formerly WSTLA). Steve began mediating cases over 20 years ago and for the past 14 years, has been a full-time neutral, conducting both mediations and arbitrations.
